- 45ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup or honey
- 2 scoops Bolea chocolate protein powder
- 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips, berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries), or granola (Optional)
Preparation:
