  • 500g cottage cheese (1-2% fat)
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
  • 45ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup or honey
  • 2 scoops Bolea chocolate protein powder
  • 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips, berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries), or granola (Optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth texture is achieved.
  3. Divide the mixture into bowls or containers.
  4. Garnish with chocolate chips, fruits, or granola (Optional).
