Ingredients:
For the bread:

2 scoops of BOLEA all-in-one protein powder - vanilla flavor

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp. baking soda

¼ tsp. salt

1 egg

1/3 cup brown sugar

½ cup light oil
-
1 tsp. vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp. oat milk
-
1 tsp. white vinegar
-
3 ripe bananas, well mashed

¾ cup chopped hazelnuts

¾ cup 70% dark chocolate chip
For the topping:

1 banana, cut in half lengthwise

¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
-
¼ cup chopped 70% dark chocolate chips
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 325 °F.

In a bowl, mix together the BOLEA all-in-one protein, flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.

Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the liquid mixture.

Add the mashed bananas, oat milk, and vinegar.

Mix vigorously 💪.

Incorporate the chopped hazelnuts (¾ cup).

Incorporate the dark chocolate chips (¾ cup) 🍫.

Butter and flour the bread pan.

Pour the mixture into the pan evenly.

Spread the topping, making sure to add the banana last 🍌.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour. Check the cooking and add an additional 15 minutes if necessary.
